Agreement to these terms
By using classiccitycode.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What we do
Classic City Code is a full-stack engineering studio. This site describes our services; the specific scope, price, and timeline of any engagement live in a separate written agreement — a proposal or statement of work — signed by both parties. Those agreements govern the actual work. This page governs the website.
Ownership of what we build
You own everything we build for you. On full payment, the code, the repository, and the infrastructure are yours — no proprietary platforms, no lock-in. Pre-existing tools and open-source components keep their own licenses.
Acceptable use
Use this site lawfully. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape abusively, or gain unauthorized access to it.
Our intellectual property
The content on this site — copy, design, and brand marks — belongs to Classic City Code unless noted otherwise. Client work product is excluded; that belongs to the client per the section above.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Classic City Code is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Liability for any engagement is governed by its written agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as needed. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept the latest version.
